The president of Saudi Arabia's national aviation body, Abdulhakim bin Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Tamimi, has been sacked, a news report said.
According to the state-run Saudi Press Agency, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order relieving the GACA head of his post.
"Pertinent authorities" had been instructed to implement the royal order, the report said.
Reasons for Al-Tamimi's removal were not stated.
Al-Tamimi was appointed to his position to GACA in June 2017.
